Ministries, and the Main Thing is a compilation of writings to encourage
church leaders. Section one consists of the memories of the author/complier in
family relationships as well as preacher, businessman, deacon, and elder. He
looks back to the heyday of the Lord’s church and how the church received her
reputation as a people of the book at that time.
Section 2 is Ministries. Forty-one chapters by men and women
cover nearly any work of the church. Topics include leading in worship, elders,
preachers, weddings, funerals, prison ministry, bible school, benevolent
efforts, senior ministries, discipline, and more.
Section 3 is The Main Thing: Steven K. Guy’s Revival: "Lighting
the Fire of Spiritual Renewal.”
