The extravagant praise heaped upon the book of Romans should not tempt the student of the scriptures to conclude that any new plan of salvation is contained therein, or particularly, that salvation is by faith alone.
Anyone familiar with the current theological literature on Romans cannot fail to be aware of the need for caution. No "brand new way of salvation" is found there.
